Great location close to attractions, delicious breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, clean and well-maintained facilities. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access various activities in the city. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff was always welcoming and assisted me in making arrangements. The facilities were always cleaned promptly and efficiently.
Hard to think of anything. Even though there were mosquitoes on the premises, the hotel provided excellent mosquito repellents to ensure that guests were comfortable.

Some great options were available for breakfast, which was a nice start to each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering advice on activities and local dining. An added plus was the reliable Wi-Fi connection in the rooms.
The rooms lacked mosquito nets, making sleeping a bit uncomfortable. there was a bit of an issue with the cleanliness of the sheets in our room.

Great Location and Friendly Staff We recently stayed at a hotel in Livingstone during a business trip. the location of the hotel was great, as it was close to all the main attractions. the friendly and attentive staff made our stay a comfortable one. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. the free Wi-Fi was a great advantage for us to stay connected with our work.
Poor Maintenance and Inadequate Amenities the hotel did have some areas of concern. the maintenance of the hotel was not up to the mark, with broken lamps and non-functioning kettles in the room.

The breakfast options, though limited, were good enough to start the day. the hotel has a nice pool area with well-maintained surroundings.
Some staff members seem to lack proper training in customer service, which can lead to unpleasant experiences.
